纤维连接蛋白(Fibronectin,FN),又称纤粘蛋白,能促进细胞的黏连生长,而细胞的黏连是机体结构得以维持、细胞生长完成的必要条件。因此,FN是细胞培养基的重要成分之一。此外FN能提高细胞的融合率,缩短融合周期[1-3]。血浆纤维连接蛋白由肝细胞分泌,并结合到细胞表面,转变为延伸构象并组装成纤维连接蛋白纤维[4]。另外,由于FN的EDA和EDB结构域在肿瘤血管中特异性表达,它们被广泛用于靶向递送细胞因子、细胞毒素、化疗药物和放射性同位素,以对原发癌和转移病变产生治疗效果[5]。
