HRP（辣根过氧化物酶）可催化ECL等化学发光试剂产生化学反应发光，或催化DAB，TMB等底物显色。HRP标记山羊抗兔IgG (H+L)抗体为高纯度的兔抗体，可特异识别兔IgG重链和轻链，而对其它种属IgG无明显交叉反应，具有本底低、灵敏度高等特点，适用于Western Blot、ELISA等检测。
