本产品通过在重叠区域引入突变位点的方法，利用TransStart® FastPfu Fly PCR SuperMix 扩增，制备包含突变的PCR片段；利用特殊的重组酶和同源重组原理，将不多于6个片段无缝拼接，从而实现多点突变。
