玻连蛋白(Vitronectin,VTN),是一种多功能的糖蛋白,存在于血浆和细胞外基质中。玻连蛋白通过Arg-Gly-Asp (RGD) 序列介导,特定的细胞表面受体如整联蛋白αVβ3和αVβ5结合,从而参与多种生理过程,在细胞的粘附、迁移、增殖和分化等过程中发挥重要作用[1-3]。它还可以与多种配体结合,如糖胺聚糖、胶原蛋白、纤溶酶原和尿激酶受体,并稳定纤溶酶原激活抑制剂-1 的抑制构象[4]。玻连蛋白可促进内皮细胞贴附,伸展和增殖,促进多种正常细胞及癌细胞的分化,可用于细胞迁移实验的研究[5]。VTN参与凝血、抑制膜攻击复合物 (MAC) 的形成、细胞粘附和迁移、伤口愈合和组织重塑[6]。
