肝细胞生长因子(hepatocyte growth factor，HGF)是存在于急性肝损伤动物血浆中的蛋白因子，它能刺激肝细胞的DNA合成，且在肝再生过程中起重要作用。HGF由728个氨基酸构成，其活性形式是由一条重链(α链)和一条轻链(β链)组成的异二聚体，α链N-端有一发夹结构；β链有丝氨酸蛋白酶样结构[1-3]。HGF刺激有丝分裂、细胞运动和基质侵袭的能力使其在血管生成、肿瘤发生、组织再生和心肌保护中发挥核心作用[4-5]。HGF还与多种癌症有关，包括肺癌、胰腺癌、甲状腺癌、结肠癌和乳腺癌[6]。
