表皮生长因子（Epidermal Growth Factor, EGF）是一种具有促进细胞增殖和分化作用的多肽，由53个氨基酸组成，并通过三个内部二硫键形成特定的空间结构[1]。EGF与其受体（Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor, EGFR）结合后，能够激活受体内的酪氨酸激酶活性，这一过程对于细胞内信号传导至关重要[2]。EGF在多种生物学过程中发挥作用，包括细胞的增殖、分化、迁移和凋亡[3]。重组人表皮生长因子（rhEGF）的外源性给药已知可促进皮肤伤口愈合，并在药物输送系统和纳米技术中越来越广泛地使用[4] 。
