干扰素-γ (Interferon-gamma,IFN-γ),也称为II型干扰素,是一种由自然杀伤细胞、活化的T细胞和某些其他免疫细胞产生的多功能细胞因子。IFN-γ在调节免疫反应、细胞生长、凋亡以及抗病毒和抗肿瘤活性中发挥着关键作用[1-2]。IFN-γ通过与其受体结合,激活特定的信号传导途径,可以增强免疫细胞的活性,包括巨噬细胞的活化和T细胞的增殖[3]。IFN-γ还能够增强细胞的抗病毒状态,抑制肿瘤细胞的生长,并通过促进CD95/Fas介导的凋亡过程来增强对肿瘤细胞的攻击[4-5]。
