转化生长因子-beta1（TGF-beta1/TGFB1）是一种多功能细胞因子，与其受体具有很强的结合能力[1]。不同物种的TGF-beta1蛋白的氨基酸序列非常保守。TGF-beta1蛋白前体无活性，激活的TGF-beta1蛋白与普遍表达的细胞表面 TGF-beta1型受体 (TGFBRI) 和 II 型受体 (TGFBRII) 结合[2]。TGF-beta1蛋白可以调节细胞增殖、生长、分化和细胞运动，并具有免疫调节和促纤维化作用[3-4]。
