白介素-12（Interleukin 12， IL-12），又称为自然杀伤细胞刺激因子(NKSF)[1]、细胞毒性T细胞成熟因子(CLMF)[2-3]或p70 [4]，是由IL-12B(p40)和IL-12A(p35)亚基组成，两个亚基间通过二硫键连接。IL-12是一种重要的免疫调节细胞因子，主要由活化的巨噬细胞和树突细胞产生。在其众多多效性功能中，IL-12已被证明可诱导IFN-γ的产生、TH1分化、以及T细胞的活化和NK细胞的增殖。这些功能是通过IL-12与其异二聚体跨膜受体复合物结合介导的 [5]。本产品为融合表达的p40和p35双亚基，具有良好的生物学活性。
